I have never been a desert girl. When someone says 'It isn't the Heat, It's the Humidity" I have foul words to say in return. It is just too HOT.

That is broken. Surely.

Also; it must be broken, it is above the +40°C at which most electronics stops working properly. Unless they have devised some clever way of using street urchins to hold up bits of day-glo yellow card.

I fear the flaw in your carefully constructed argument is the fact that I used electronics to capture the image. I think you might need to start questioning the quality of electronics which you purchase
