Yeasted plain white boule. This is an experiment using the Dutch oven rather than straight on a baking tray - to be honest it's not worth the extra faff, I'll stick with the Dutch oven for sourdough though. On a separate note, my Insta now is just food and booze because I'm not going anywhere - I'll be 30 stone by the time I can visit Dungeness again :-)
