Because I'm actually working in an office for a couple of weeks I'm using IE and I've just looked at this blog in a different version (it looks okay(ish)) at home at a higher resolution).
It's horrible! I'll try and sort it tonight or over the next few nights.
16 careful considerations:
LOL! We did try to tell you..... :-)
I know, I know - it's just that I'm an experiential learner! :-)
lol, I've never seen anything too out of place....but Pyk is right...you ARE pixilated...tisk
Nigel - just looked at my blog in IE (I use Firefox) and it's hopeless - all the left hand links at the bottom of ther page. Why does this happen - and what can I do?
It's the way IE reads the cascading style sheet stuff. I have a feeling it chokes on setting the font size as a % rather than an absolute size. I used my lunch break to fiddle with some stuff and if others say it's looking a little easier on the eye now then that's the change - I've hard-coded the font size in all the bits.
Where am I pixilated??
your picture, you're all pixles!, oh wait...when you make it bigger your not pixles, just the thumbnail.
" It's the way IE reads the cascading style sheet stuff." Well, that's like Sanskrit to me. Is there anything a non-techie can do?
Tell everyone to use a decent browser? :-)
Probably not but I'm really surprised this happens - you'd have thought that the people who wrote the template would have tested this.

Despite what anyone says I'm not and never have been a pixie or pixiated!
oooh....I can use that as a new insult for the outside world....that'll really throw them off track!
"Stop honking at me you bloody pixiated, daft horn blower!"

Yup, normality is restored in IE at 800x600, except for "My Bloggy Links" which are still humungous :-)
Don't know what else it is but when I've copied and pasted anything from Word into my template I get all the commas turning into 000000s! I've had to unpuncuate everything.
You've fiddled now haven't you and now I see all your links as they were before - all down the right hand side. For a while now I've had to scroll right down to the bottom to find what you've added so I can have a nose about ;-)
Bluefluff - that's really a tough one. The code is delivered by blogroll and although it's supposed to be controllable by CSS it' simply not having any of it.
Morning - that's because HTML cannot deal with curly commas or quotes. If you use notepad instead it should work because it's unformatted.
Ugh. When I was designing websites, it was hell trying to format for both IE and Mozilla/Netscape/Firefox.
I feel for ya.
I'm using Firefox. You look fab to me!! lol :-)
Thanks EM - always nice to hear that I'm looking fab :-))
